DELIVERIES & RETURNS
Every piece of marble here at Kate of Kensington is made to order. We pride ourselves on being handmade in the UK and therefore would like to offer some details on our delivery and returns Ts & Cs.
- Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email to confirm payment.
- It can then take up to 14 working days until your order leaves us.
- Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email.
- We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
-We are currently unable to deliver to US Armed Forces posted overseas.
-Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may take a little longer.
-For international deliveries we still advise 14 working days until your order leaves us. Depending on your location will determine the arrival date of your order.
We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed, however if you change your mind you can send it back to us within the allotted time of 30 working days. The return of an item is at your own cost and it must arrive in a resalable condition otherwise a refund will not be issued.
Adding/Removing Items From An Order
If you would like to make changes to your order after it has been placed, please call our team on
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If you would like to return something you have ordered from Kate of Kensington, please contact us within 30 days of date of purchase.
- If your item is faulty or damaged please contact our team so we can make it right!
-If you change your mind about an item, returns are made at your own cost.
- To allow us to process your return, please contact us via email or phone. Please make sure that your return is sent in the original packaging or securely wrap the item/s to avoid breakages.
- Refunds may take up to 7 – 10 days upon receipt of the item to be processed.
If you change your mind you have 30 working days from the date of purchase to return your item/s at your cost. Unwanted items must be returned in the original packaging and in a saleable condition to receive a refund.
We are unable to accept returns on facemasks due to health and safety concerns.
